We sell independent fan shirts and sports-inspired apparel. Our products are not official products of any football association, club, player, sponsor, tournament, or sports organization unless expressly stated.

We do not claim any official partnership, sponsorship, license, approval, or affiliation with any football association, club, player, brand, tournament, or sports organization.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, details, and product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, production batches, lighting, and device displays.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation means that we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, incorrect information, payment issues, or any violation of these Terms of Service.

Please make sure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping across Europe.

We accept the payment methods available through Shopify Payments, excluding Klarna. Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options shown at checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Shipping

We ship across Europe. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after order processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs processing, peak periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping is free for all orders.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at support@mister-jersey.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mister-jersey.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may still request a return after receiving the item.
