30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The item must not show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, washing, or alteration.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please contact us at support@mister-jersey.com. Depending on availability and the condition of the returned item, we may help arrange a replacement or advise you to place a new order.

Cancellations

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item.

Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.
